OK, Samuel, thanks for confirming. Would folks recommend building brltty from latest sources or trying to rebuild the Debian package with the necessary dependency? (If the latter, it's been a long time since I last looked at Debian packaging; any quick tips other than going and reading the documentation thoroughly?)
