I was reluctant to partition the files themselves, as the changes
are all inter-related, but here's a logical partitioning:
dladm/libdladm: meem, seb, Quaker (esp. wifi), cathy
drivers: garrett, zeeshanul, ted
GLDv3: seb, meem, cathy, nicolas, eric, artem
Since we've tried to sort out some of the header-file dependancies,
there are minor changes to other files which I'm hoping some/all
reviewers will glance at.
