There are plenty to choose from open-source community, with various levels of maturity and features (www.cmsmatrix.org), and most desirable features mentioned in the list up to now are available in most systems.
We intend to have all that points defined (tracking changes, content access, working style...) by today, which will led us to be contacting everyone interested in helping with translations by tomorrow morning (EDT).
