JFTR, gas needs the option "-x" to assemble this (as usually passed by gcc), or
other errors also appear. Last time I looked into this I found that I need to
check md_convert_frag (and also to remove the TC_FX_SIZE_SLACK definition) so
that's where this stands for the moment. The test-case is very helpful; I had
one 10 times larger.
