Good point ... mostly because many window managers (including WindowMaker) do
not support _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS.
However, I have modified the code to use _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS where the window
manager does support it, since this should be more efficient than traversing
the window hierarchy in reswponse to a reparent notify.
