I don't recognize any of the error messages.  It's possible you have set some other gcc related environment variable that is messing up the compilation. Perhaps you could run

./InstallGNUstep --verbose

to get all the compilation information. Note also that GNUstep does not work on Leopard due to the change in how the X11 display is handled.
