The example "an-befall-a" in the commit
a4158bd0ed730bdea36996aa4f06221c09b2ec6a
("tmac/sv.tmac: Set hyphenation flags to 48")
is a misprint.
The web site "svenska.se" shows for the three examples:
an|be·falla, just·er·bar, and o|vän·lig
