I too am surprised that the patterns for Spanish are larger than those
for English.  I had thought that Spanish was morphologically more
regular than English.

Here's one procedure, using "/usr/local" as the installation directory
since I don't know yours.

$ cp /usr/local/share/groff/1.24.1/tmac/hyphen.es $HOME
$ cp $HOME/hyphen.es $HOME/hyphen.es.old
$ editor $HOME/hyphen.es
[make the corrections]
$ diff -u $HOME/hyphen.es.old $HOME/hyphen.es > hyphen.es.diff

Then attach the "hyphen.es.diff" file to this Savannah ticket using the
Web interface.

Or you can create a new Savannah ticket and attach the file to it.  (If
you don't, one of the groff developers will.)
