Looping in Ingo.

I'd like to revise my idea, and name the string `CF` (menmonic: "code font").
That's package-neutral, as _mdoc_ lacks "examples".

And I think there _is_ a place for this string in _mdoc_; it would be used
with `Bf -literal`, `Bf Li` (a synonym), `Li`, and `Bd -literal`.

Ingo, what do you think?  Even if _mandoc_(1) doesn't support this string,
does my pitch make sense for the _mdoc_ language?
