  For now, there is no difference between dhcp and bootp in GRUB,
because GRUB doesn't use either of the extensions at all. Their
differences become important only if you want to use some
extensions. If you are interested in the example, see Etherboot. If
you need more technical specifications, see the releavant RFCs.
