linux support code is rewrited

  I have rewritten the Linux support code, according to the Linux/i386
boot protocol version 2.02, proposed by H. Peter Anvin. The current
code is experimental and so it may not work well yet. Please test it
in as many envionments as possible and report bugs, if any.
