I read grub documentation and surprised.
Also:
3.2 Making a GRUB bootable CD-ROM
For booting from a CD-ROM, GRUB uses a special Stage 2 called
‘stage2_eltorito’.
$ cp /usr/lib/grub/i386-pc/stage2_eltorito iso/boot/grub
But I don`t found stage2_eltorito in folder i386-pc.
stage2_eltorito exist in grub 0.97.
