Hello,
Well, I haven't found that path in the docs.
For now I can say, that the /usr/local/etc/default/grub is not
present on my PC. Should this have been created during new grub installation
(make-install)?
Here is how it looks now:
root@mysiaki4:/usr/local/etc# pwd
/usr/local/etc
root@mysiaki4:/usr/local/etc# ls -als
total 16
4 drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 lut 8 10:51 .
4 drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 4096 lut 13 2013 ..
4 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 lut 8 10:51 bash_completion.d
4 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 lut 8 10:51 grub.d
root@mysiaki4:/usr/local/etc#
Anyway, I will create the /usr/local/etc/default/grub afternoon and check.
