According to Savannah you are! Nothing on Savannah defines who is a maintainer. /gd/gnuorg/maintainers does; that is the only official place. In principle it is the responsibility of the (real) maintainers to keep the list of savannah project administrators (and developers) useful (which is not to say the sv proj admins all have to be official maintainers). My experience is that this is rarely done. Anyway.
