That's fine... actually, by this point, we should be taking it to private email anyway. That's what I do with all other doc contributors. :) Anyway, the patch applies perfectly, and has been committed. This last one might not make it into 2.13.8, although you should be able to see it on http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/ either tomorrow or the next day.
