Not a doc issue; changing the URL just breaks the build ("can't find
file"). The .itely file is perfect (at least in this respect).
notation.pdf is fine, as is (in the current version) 47/lily-cd3f25f9pdf.
It seems to be a problem in the png generation, which is a bigger pain to
investigate. :(
