This definitely looks Critical to me.
Do we know precisely which commit introduced this problem? If not, could
somebody figure it out:

apparently there's a maximum of 14 lilypond compiles to do. If you have a
slow computer (particularly if you're running in lilydev), I recommend
waiting a few days to see if anybody with a fast computer volunteers first.
