Nothing, really. These lookups don't get counted because nobody
expected them to be so slow on Windows.
We don't even check the time required for compiling on linux
(that's an abandoned patch)

Providing I get round to it, I do check processing times on Windows with my
pixel comparator. In practice, this one was fortuitous since I have code to
timeout "stalled" regtests at 30 seconds and the change caused mozart-horn
to go over this time and it was therefore killed = no output.
