On issue #6776 (Petrucci flag glyphs)

Hi! I've been browsing the issue tracker on GitLab, and I came across issue
#6776 ( https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/issues/6776 ). Though I
couldn't understand metafont and would more than likely cause damage
instead of helping if I went the coding route, I can draw the glyphs and
send .svg files! (I use Inkscape in case that's relevant.) Would that help
and/or reduce everyone else's work at all?
