which effectively makes the change you were proposing.

     I agree that changing a license text is a delicate thing.
     
     But there are 2 different texts of the FDL out there, and that link is the
     only difference between them, so I guess this is just an old bug.
     
     So the question is:
     which of the 2 texts of the FDL license is the correct one?
     The one from 'licenses' or the one from 'standards'?
     
     Who can clarify?
