Can't you just write a shell script "myssh" that says "ssh -i ~snapshot/.ssh/snapshot_key_without_password.secret -u snapshot" and pass "--rsh=myssh" to tar? Neverless, I agree with making `--rsh' more flexible. -- Matt ================================================== Richard Matthew McCutchen, ``hashproduct'' E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web site: http://mysite.verizon.net/hashproduct/ ================================================== _______________________________________________ Bug-tar mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-tar
