I managed to use it after some difficulties. I have put the result obtained with an old texinfo manual at http://www.environnement.ens.fr/perso/dumas/texinfo.ltx I find it a bit too complicated. I would have preferred some latex that would be easier to edit. But maybe it has to be that way at least for some environments. -- Pat
