We are aware of the problem that causes the PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES error. The PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES error generally only occurs on Windows 2000 or XP, and is a consequence of a change in Windows architecture that occurred in Windows 2000. It may show up when using NetMeeting. We are working on this problem, and expect that a fix will be available in a future release. </ZoneLabsResponse> So, looks like it most definitely is Zone Alarm that is the culprit. I'll post another message when I hear from them that the issue is fixed and then close out this bug report. Jake
