http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25507 mod_headers fails to set header [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-12-14 02:21 ------- This is not a bug, the Server header is a basic HTTP header and cannot be overriden with mod_headers. http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_headers.html#header says: "The Header directives are processed just before the response is sent to the network. These means that it is possible to set and/or override most headers, except for those headers added by the header filter." Have a look at the ServerTokens directive and see if it addresses your problem: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/core.html#servertokens See also http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#serverheader and if you're interested in the source code: basic_http_header() in modules/http/http_protocol.c --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
