Thank you very much for your response, for expessing interest and for
spending your time doing that. I definitely understand and appreciate

I just installed installed a snapshot build from:
https://www.mirrorservice.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/amd64/
dated 2016-09-02 on a Dell R420 and I was able to reproduce
the issue. I am willing to participate further if you or anyone
else has ideas worth trying. Thanks.
