The SSDs are probably the reason why the hosting company uses virtio-scsi by default and not virtio-block. virtio-block does not support discard operations which are useful for SSDs. > Although things are working fine now my offer still stands. Not sure what is different than last time I tried. Maybe it depends on the disk or RAM sizes. Cheers, Stefan
