This shows it running out of memory trying to allocate 64kB of memory.  
Is this system's root filesystem set up with 64kB blocks?

If this was the EFI boot loader there would be more space available but it 
appears to not be using EFI so it's more limited in the memory available 
to it and such large disk blocks might push the loader beyond what it can 
support.
