I don't think I use u-boot from OpenBSD. The machine does not attempt
to read/continue with boot from microSD.

when machine worked after installing 7.8 the console was running
in 1500000 after machine powered on.

the speed changed to 115200 after it started to read/boot
from microSD inserted to slot. the microSD u--boot from microSD
then launched openbsd boot. that's at least my understanding
(and I can be very wrong here)

there always was/is mangled output on console after powering on
machine. which I account to hight speed. things used to cure themselves after
u-boot got loaded from microSD card.

it was the first boot after completing 'sysupgrade -s' which got me
here.

I never saw DDR training output while I could install/boot machine to 7.8.

thanks and
regards
