As Daniel already mentioned, this does not look correct, either
./bin/busybox or /bin/busybox

Anyways I am not sure if this does cause the panic. How do you boot
the system, and is the initramfs embedded in the kernel or loaded
via a bootloader?
At least on m68k, there is still some confusion about where to
find and load the initramfs, I am unaware of the situation on
x86.
