If for some strange reason /bin/false isn't good enough, and you don't
want to use a shell script, and you don't want to run "whoami" as your
shell and put the message as the user name...

What is the point of this thing?  Why does the user of busybox need to
make yet another decision about whether they do or don't need this
thing?  (Our menuconfig isn't long enough?)
