I am not the first person asking for it in busybox [1] and most
distros ships this tool.

I kinda assumed everybody in *nix land knew what this is and what it
is for. I was obviously wrong.

You will always find people who hates learning new things.

This is not my command and it is not new. This is a standard tool that
has been around in *nix land for at least 14 years[2] .

It is trivial to me keep this as patch in my own tree but I have
always thought its a good thing to contribute things back upstream. I
can stop doing so if that is what you guys prefer.
