Agree, also.  The guidance from the league tells them to stay in the general 
portion of the bands.  But there is always someone who doesn’t get the word.

It sure would be nice if when W1AW/5 LA would locate within the General portion 
of the phone band on 80 meters or 40 or 20. Last night I had them 20 over on 
3790 but that is out of band for me so all I could do was listen.

 

This morning they are on 20 meters at 14.220. Same situation.
