They can't very well disregard the sales tax because to be right with the law,
you must remit it even when you buy out of state. What you can do is balance
the tax with the shipping charge and get the hands on benefit but Dallas is
still about 280 miles away unless you need to go there anyway. Texas will get
you for the tax if possible, but they have not figured out how to do that if

takeBill's excellent advice and ask them if they would offset thenewly-imposed
Texas sales tax with a discount. I noted my activemembership / participation
in ARES, SKYWARN, etc. in my request.
