Tnx for the update info. Guess things change rapidly per discounts. As I recall
the person wanted a hi end tuner so they marked it as close out discount and
shipped it.
maybe someone got a hand slap at HRO for doing that

Bill's excellent advice and ask them if they would offset the newly-imposed
Texas sales tax with a discount. I noted my active membership / participation
