You might want to hold off on this now. After talking to John Stratton at the BVARC Field Day, it appears that in the revised bill, the ARRL has caved in to ALL of the demands of the HOA associations, and the result is that the situation could become even worse than before! Please don't do anything until I hear back from John Stratton with more details.
