To the OP a good lawyer will turn rocks over to figure out who to sue and then you may need a lawyer to squeeze your insurance company in provided assistance. To the OP, the Affordable Care Act is now open enrollment, I can provide the name of an agent who will guide you through the process without cost to you. I know many people that are on it.
