Subject: [BVARC] Civil lawyer help
We need the name of a good civil lawyer. Over the weekend my wife and daughter
was hitand driven into a freeway column going 55 MPH. I am blessed that I am
notwidowed and lost all of my family today! Truck was totaled, wife suffered 3
breaks in leg, 4 ribs, crackedsternum and facial damage, daughter too. The
accident was ticketed against theother driver, 20 years old, who has no
insurance and we do have witnesses. Our insurance is full on our truck as
itshould be. My wife and I have been withoutjobs for over a year. I have
medicalinsurance and so does my daughter but my wife does not. We need a civil
lawyer to help us. With hundreds of lawyers here in Houston notALL of them are
good lawyers. I am lifting this up to BVARC as a “S.O.S.” andhoping for a name.
