The elliptical machine I used to use had a power output meter on it. On
it, I could sustain 200W continuously for an hour or so. I suppose I'd

Since the ham community is getting old, we got to come up with a way

-An exercise bike with the radio mounted on it and a headset for
carrying out a qso while exercising. Squeeze tight on the seat to
activate the mike.
-A treadmill with a CW paddle on one handle and a tuning dial on the
other handle. A variation can include treadmill generation of power
for the rig.

High-intensity interval training along with brain training before or
after exercise boosted memory in some participants in a study
published in the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience. Greater memory
improvement correlated with greater improvements in fitness, and
researchers said those who had less improvement may have been stressed
by HIIT and might have a better response with a more moderate type of
exercise.
