I may tackle the  WATTMETER/DUMMY   mentioned  last night,   NOV QST.    Looks 
easy, includes a display, and would be useful…150 or even 200 watts for a short 
time… and about $20 for the parts. 

I thought last night’s meeting was very good…. we have some good guys running 
BVARC!
