Marty,

Look at the schematic of the 450 CAT DB9 port in the FT450 CAT User
Manual.   Measure continuity on the Serial in and Out pins on the CAT end
to the data in and out pins on the USB (find a pin out on the web).....If
they show proper continuity it is not the cable....If not.....wrong cable.
