My computer does not have an RS232 input. But I did find this ... I just found something in the COM properties. For COM 3, the Flow Control is set to Hardware. For COM 4, the Flow Control is set to None. The other options are Xon/Xoff and Hardware. Could that be my issue on COM 4????
