Unless KARS (Katy ARS) has testing, BVARC and Transtar (Franz Lagermann)
testing is on temporary hold, for at least a couple weeks.Check the ARRL site
for other local exam sites and call (or email) ahead to confirm.

The change over refers to a new question pool for the Extra exams on 6-30-2020.
New question pools for Technician will be changed over on 6-30-2022 and General
will be 6-30-2023.
