I finally had a chance to look at the gmail account for @bworks.org 
[1].  It's actually quite nice and simple to administer.  In fact, I  
can import a list of names to generate accounts.  From the management  
page:

"Your CSV file should be formatted as a table and must include a  
header, or first line, that defines the fields in your table. The  
headers should be: username, first name, last name, password."

Given the output from CIN, we should be able to take a student's CIN  
account name/password and easily add it to the @bworks.org domain.

I'd like to have at least one other person help with admining (it's  
that whole "hit by a bus" idea).  Who'd like to be on as admin?
