BWorks Staff http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/bworks_staff/ The Bworks Staff group is for all BWorks volunteers, Board and Staff, BikeWORKS and ByteWORKS. It is not a public group, meaning that an administrator must approve your request to be able to join the Bworks Group to read messages, etc. Common use involves: Messages section - For discussion of BWorks administrative subjects (as opposed to technical subjects). This includes but is not limited to all of the management and administrative functions of the Board and each of the Board's standing Committees.(Executive, Finance, Human Resources, Community Relations, Education/Program, Youth and Enterprise). It also includes all of the management and administrative functions of each of the Divisions, ByteWORKS and BikeWORKS. Files section - For storage and retrieval of the documnents pertaining to the above functions.(Both draft and Final) It should contain documents that are more or less fixed in nature such as the BY Laws, Our 501c-3 designations, etc. It should contain documents that must be updated on a regular basis such as the Strategic Plan, the annual Operating Plan, Budgets, P&L Statements, Minutes of board meetings, Committee reports, Organization Charts, Job Descriptions, volunteer roster etc. It is intended to be an on- line central file of all these documents available to all BWorks volunteers.
