This is another thing on my todo list :) I took a look at the
suggested projects and some were things like
"help with 2.x release". That seemed a touch general and I was going
to look at the T&C on google before thinking of projects. After that
I was going to try and drum up some interest. From apaches point of
view you also need a mentor although I am sure that will not be a
problem.
OK, what ideas do we have?
Integrated XPath,
XInclude (although this has already started, maybe a section of it
could be pulled out)
RelaxNG
Others??

Since I'm technically still a student, I am thinking of applying,
but before
I could do it, I would need somebody from Xerces to discuss a possible
project with me and submit it to the ASF wiki page above. ASF says
they will
take new projects until 7 June or so.
Could those affiliated with Xerces let me know your thoughts?
