I changed to "..\xerces-c_2_8_0-x86-windows-vc_8_0\lib\my.pdb" in
"C/C++\Output file" and "Linker\Debug" but nothing changed: the warning
is exactly the same. Any other idea?

Usually you can remove them by changing the project to generate the
pdb with a specific name, instead of the default vc80.pdb, and placing
it in the same folder where the lib file is located.
