hi..
What i know , u will have to use vc++ if u want to
create the user interface in windows 2000. But if u
want to create user interface in DOS mode then i think
u can utilize the turboc++ compiler to do that...or
their are be any other compiler that u may use.
If u want to create the user interface in DOS mode let
me know what type of user interface u want to create.
