Search for "opendiameter". OpenDiameter is very widely used and from my experience performs well. Last time I checked they did not have the Cx and Sh application but it was quite a while back. For other IMS entities, you may also want to check out openFokus for their implementation of S/P/I-CSCF and HSS.
