You should move Xalan_1_9.dll out C:\Windows\system32, download Xerces-C_1_4_0 
from 
http://archive.apache.org/dist/xml/xerces-c/Xerces-C_1_4_0/xerces-c1_4_0-win32.zip
Then copy it to classpath or system32 dir.

One more thing: why the Xalan_1_9.dll is in C:\Windows\system32? do you have 
any script to copy it to C:\Windows\system32 or do it by handy?

Thanks for the anwer, it helped. But now, it needs Xalan-C_1_4_0.dll. I
found Xalan_1_9.dll in C:\Windows\system32, but my app needs 1.4. Any short
avice, please .
