No, you cannot rename any ones to xalan-c_1_4_0.dll, it's no useful. If xalan-c distribution doesn't contain xalan-c_1_4_0.dll, Here you need to do is build Xalan1.4 as a single DLL using VC6 project AllInOne, it's just some simple steps easy to do, The only you may need pay attention is that Xalan1.4 depends on xerces-c, so download xerces-c source and put it to xml-xerces\c\src.
